George Zardalidis

Dr. George Zardalidis

Dr George Zardalidis received his B.S. degree in Physics from University of Ioannina, Greece, in 2000, the MSc degree in Modeling and simulation of nanoelectronic devices, from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, in 2002. His research on the same field leaded to his first PhD from the same School in 2007.

In 2015 he received his second PhD in experimental physics on the relation between structure and ionic conductivity in polymer and copolymer electrolytes.

Since 2019 he has joined the Micro and Nanotechnology lab, Democritus University of Thrace where he has been working as a research associate in the development of materials for applications in lithium-ion batteries and sensors.

Also, George has been a research associate at INEM since 2021.
